My wife and i went there dec 2-6. The room description online Are kind of misleading because they show images of the rooms for the one bedroom suite as if they are Mountain View’s an exclusively mount view, but they’re not so we reserve that room the view wasn’t that great but the hotel staff was very accommodating and they did discount my rate. Also, their pancakes are phenomenal and their room service staff are awesome. They made a couple of things with our orders and they Offered to comp Our order for that day. Their staff is absolutely responsive and This hotel has been the most responsive of them all and There wasn’t one time where we ordered something Or we asked them for something that they did not deliver on So I would recommend this hotel To anyone, but I would caution on the room type and to make sure to read them carefully

Outstanding service and hospitality. My stay at the St. Regis Aspen was excellent, especially thanks to the front desk, overall service team, and shuttle service. The staff was consistently professional, warm, and proactive. Special thanks to Mick, Kevin, Nathan and Jackson for their exceptional service — they truly went above and beyond and made the experience seamless and memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set a very high standard.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Many staff members worked hard to make our stay memorable and convenient. Pros -Okan from the reception welcomed us warmly and took care of us for the whole stay. -S’mores by the fire and hot chocolate bar everyday from 3-5pm were a highlight and best quality we had on our Colorado trip. -Great complimentary tea and coffee selection in the mornings by the bar -Champagne sabering at 5pm was always fun -A car was always available when we needed a quick lift within town, though everything was quite walkable. No need for a rental car -Outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs were relaxing after a day on the slopes -I was celebrating my birthday and the staff did a great job decorating our room and including a delicious amenity -They have a Bloody Mary tasting at 11:15, but we didn’t have time to try it Cons -Spa facilities (sauna etc) are only available if you book a treatment, vs similar resorts I’ve stayed at where you can use facilities as a hotel guest. Prices were very high for all treatments. -As a Marriott platinum member, only $52 per room percent day is given for breakfast, which doesn’t get you too much at the main breakfast restaurant Velvet Buck.

I had such a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Aspen! The room was beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and a perfect retreat after exploring Aspen. The food and drinks throughout the property were consistently excellent, making it easy to relax and enjoy without having to leave the hotel. That said, the true highlight of my trip was the service at the pool. Satya went above and beyond every single day—he not only provided impeccable service, but also remembered us, our preferences, and made us feel truly cared for. His warmth and attention to detail elevated the entire experience and made our stay unforgettable. The St. Regis is always a special place, but Satya made it exceptional. I can’t wait to return!

I can not say enough about the staff. But one very special person I s Ashwin. He went above and beyond for my daughter and I. He is the biggest asset to the st Regis property. I’m a resident in the bal Harbour st. Regis and I would do anything to have him at that location. St. Regis Aspen you are so lucky to have a man like Ashwin working with your hotel. Lillian was also amazing Jackson Dove was also very sweet and Nick from the hotel lobby lounge restaurant was also amazing. But Ashwin is extremely special. I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you. I’m sure you already know what a gem you have and I’m sure I’m not the first to tell you. Thank you you st. Regis Aspen for an amazing stay and an extra extra thank you Ashwin out trip would not have been the same without you. Happy New year 2026!!

Every year we enjoy our stay in Aspen, and stay at our friends. We always make few pitt stops at the Regis, for drinks or lunches. This year, we wanted to post a review to highlight Arib and Anthony at the Bar. We gave Arib a challenge, since our drink was not on the Menu. Instead of saying no, they made it a fun time to search and get us our old fashioned Alexander. This is what makes a randon bar tender different from a top high-class bar tender. On top of it they had great conversations, elegant and you could tell how passionate they are about their jobs. Arib was such a sunshine and gives Hospitality industry all its golden levels. Thank you ! (Finally, got to take a fantastic photo with st Regis Dog mascot! ).

Having visited this property every year for more than a dozen years, I have always recognized the rooms, location, service, and overall experience at the hotel to be terrific. My visit this week elevated that view based upon the outstanding service in Mountain Social Lounge. Over several days, I had the opportunity to meet and get to know Khan on the Mountain Social team. He epitomizes the thoughtful and anticipatory care and service that is essential to the guest experience at the St. Regis Aspen. Khan is an exceptional ambassador of the culture of guest service expected at a St. Regis property. Such an engaging young man with a great recall of names and preferences. Khan really delivered on the promise of an “exquisite” guest experience.
